| Make your Own Sushi at Home! Sushi Kits available! |
| Enjoy making your own sushi at home! A great way to have fun with kids,
friends, and family. We provide you with sushi rice (which can be the most
difficult thing to cook just right!), neta (fresh fish, vegetables of your
choice), nori, wasabi, gari, soysauce, chopsticks, and an instruction sheet
for making sushi. "Makisu" (bamboo rolls for making sushi rolls)

Sukiyaki Dinner from two persons (24.95/per person)
Sukiyaki pot includes:
Sliced sirloin beef (approx 8oz), leek, nappa cabbage, enoki mushrooms,
konyaku noodles, tofu, shiitake mushrooms, other seasonal vegetables, and
udon noodles, fresh eggs (upon request)
Served with miso soup, rice, and salad

Thinly cut beef, greens, onions, tofu, mushrooms, konyaku noodles and other ingredients are cooked in a sauce of soy sauce, sugar, and sake. It is cooked in a hot pot on tabletop and the pot is shared by the group. Some like to dip the ingredients in a bowl of beaten whole egg before eating. |

Shabushabu is prepared by submerging thinly sliced meat or a piece of vegetable in a pot of boiling dashi (broth) made with konbu (kelp seaweed). The submerged piece is swished back and forth several times. This motion is how the dish gets it name shabu-shabu. When the meat and vegetables are cooked, it is dipped in ponzu or sesame sauce. Once the meat and vegetables have been eaten, rice or noodles are cooked with the broth.
